In order to attend the conference, you must be an ITM Business Member. Non-Members may attend the conference by registering as a new member and paying the relevant membership and conference fees. Once your registration is confirmed, you will be contacted by the ITM Secretariat to set up your membership details.

I am a Business Buyer

As an ITM Business Buyer Member, you have a complimentary conference place. This is awarded on the condition that you attend the full conference program (from 09:30hrs on Tuesday and attend the Gala Dinner on Wednesday) and that you participate in the Buyer Only session. Your free place will be issued upon agreement of the terms and conditions here. As outlined in the conference terms and conditions, should a Buyer delegate, registered on a complimentary place cancel their attendance after 14 April 2020, a cancellation fee of £299.00 + VAT will apply. All delegates shall pay their own travel, accommodation and subsistence costs unless specifically stated otherwise.

I am a Connect Buyer:

In order to attend the conference, you must be an ITM Business Member. Connect Members of ITM can attend the conference by upgrading to Business Membership when registering. Connect members upgrading their membership to attend the Conference all benefit from 12 months educational training from our calendar of events, access to our webinars and online resources, complimentary GBTA membership and more.

ITM does, however, offers a Sponsored Connect Buyer Program via its conference sponsors which covers your delegate place (not including travel and accommodation). To express interest in joining the Sponsored Connect Buyer program and request an invitation please email [email protected].

I am an Industry Practitioner (IP) Buyer:

ITM IP Buyer Members may attend the conference on a complimentary basis (if booked during the early bird period) as an IP Buyer for a client organisation. Approval must be given in the form of an e-mail to ITM’s CEO via [email protected] from the client authorising the IP to attend on the company’s behalf. ITM’s decision on the qualification of any application by an IP to attend as an IP Buyer is final. All terms and conditions applying to Buyer members will apply to an IP Buyer.

To apply for approval to attend as an IP Buyer you must be an IP Business Member. IP Connect Members must upgrade to Business Membership before applying

For Supplier Members (Hoteliers, Airlines, Ground Transportation etc):

Suppliers of Business Travel who are not members of ITM may attend the event by registering as a New Business Supplier Member and paying the relevant membership fee on top of their Conference delegate fee. All delegates shall pay their own travel, accommodation and subsistence costs unless specifically stated otherwise.

I am a Business Supplier:

As an ITM Business Supplier member, you are invited to attend the ITM Conference. The delegate fee of £750+VAT* will be charged as part of your registration. This fee does not include accommodation (this can be added as part of your registration) or travel expenses.
