Choose from 12 breakout sessions, each tailored to provide you with bite-sized training, thought provoking content and skill enhancing tools which will help you to thrive.

The ITM Marketplace
A networking space with a difference; connect with fellow delegates, catch up on emails and meet with our sponsors in their dedicated pods. All coffee breaks, lunch breaks and afternoon tea will be served here.

Chairman’s Party
This annual networking night is open to all conference attendees, providing a social setting for you to catch up with friends old and new.

Begin the day with an energising activity, designed to wake your senses and help you to start the day.

Buyer Only Huddle
The buyers huddle is essentially a focus group which is a closed session to buyer members only. In this forum, buyers are encouraged to share best practice in specific and important areas of a travel programme. Discuss their issues and learn from each other in a confidential environment.

In addition, you will meet our sponsors during a networking afternoon on Tuesday 12 May, which will give you the opportunity to reconnect with old friends and meet potential suppliers with new products and services.

Supplier Only Session
The Supplier session is hosted by the ITM Chairman, Karen Hutchings allowing you to get inside the mind of an award-winning global travel manager.

ITM Board Drinks Reception
This penultimate event leads to the Gala evening which closes the conference in style. All conference attendees and their guests are invited.

Gala Dinner and Buyer Achievement Awards
Celebrate an industry which is thriving at this black tie night of entertainment and awards. Whether it’s procurement techniques or a travel-specific category which you specialise in. The awards ceremony is the perfect opportunity for you to either get recognition for your skillset, or simply sample what best practice looks like in the field.
