What are the benefits of the Buyer Programme?

• Invitation to the ITM Opening Night to meet other ITM Members and ITM Board of Directors on Monday 20 April from 19:00hrs

Do I qualify?

I am a Buyer (Travel Manager, Travel Category Procurement Manager etc):

Fully paid Business Buyer Members have a complimentary place at the conference included in their annual membership and can attend the conference upon agreeing to all terms and conditions.

Travel buyers who are not members of ITM may attend the event by registering as an Business Buyer Member and paying the relevant membership fee that will then entitle them to a complimentary place at conference upon agreeing to the terms and conditions.

All delegates shall pay their own travel, accommodation and subsistence costs unless specifically stated otherwise.

I am a Connect Buyer:

ITM offers a Connect Buyer Programme via its sponsors of the event. To express interest in joining the Sponsored Connect Buyer programme and receive an invitation as a please email [email protected].

You MUST be registered as a Connect Member before requesting an invitation to attend under the Sponsored Connect Buyer programme. Connect Membership is free.

To register as a Connect Member please follow the link below where you will be required to complete the registration for your ITM Membership. ITM will contact you in due course to provide your membership confirmation details and confirm whether a sponsored conference place has been offered to you by one of the sponsors. Register here.

I am an Industry Practitioner:

Industry Practitioner (IP) Members of ITM may attend the conference on a complimentary place if they are attending as an IP Buyer for a client organisation. IP Members must gain approval in the form of an e-mail to ITM’s CEO [email protected] from the client authorising the IP to attend on their behalf and badged in the client’s company name. ITM’s decision on the qualification of any application by IP’s to attend as an IP Buyer is final. IP Members attending as an IP Buyer are then treated as Buyer delegates and all terms and conditions applying to Buyers apply to IP Buyer.

To apply for approval to attend as an IP Buyer you must be a fully paid IP Business Member. IP Connect Member’s must upgrade to a Business IP Member before applying.

IP’s who do not attend as an IP Buyer may attend the conference by registering in the normal way and will be badged in their company name and treated as an IP Member. This will entitle them to participate in the consultant corner where they can offer their advice and promote their expertise to Buyer Members.

I am not a Member:

In order to attend the conference you must be registered as either a Connect (free) or Business Member. Non members may attend the event by registering as a New Member and paying the relevant membership and conference fee. ITM reserves the right to deny admission to the conference; the decision of the ITM Chairman in this respect is final.

What if I cancel as a Buyer, Sponsored Connect Buyer or IP Buyer?

Should a Buyer delegate cancel their attendance from 10 March 2015, a cancellation fee of £250.00 + VAT will apply.
