Steve Reynolds, an accomplished travel technologist and business travel executive, leads Dallas-based tripBAM, a new hotel shopping service that uses unique “cluster” shopping processes to find savings on hotels for corporations, TMCs and business travelers. Launched in 2013, tripBAM has been featured in the New York Times and Wall Street Journal, and earned the Global Business Travel Association’s “Spotlight on Transformation” award. tripBAM also won the Innovation Award at the Business Travel News Innovate Conference in 2014.
Prior to tripBAM, Reynolds was managing director for North America for WNS, where he managed a $250M division providing fulfillment, technology and analytics to the travel market. Reynolds was also a founder and executive vice president at TRX, where he managed solution delivery, a global sales team, and customer support.
