Perry Cantarutti serves as Delta’s senior vice president for Europe, Middle East and Africa, a position which he has held since April 2010. Based in Paris, Perry’s oversees commercial activities in the region to maximize the profitability of Delta’s trans-Atlantic network and long-term growth opportunities for Delta’s joint venture with Air France KLM and Alitalia – the industry’s leading trans-Atlantic alliance. Perry is a member of the board of directors of Virgin Atlantic Airways which is 49% owned by Delta and has been closely involved in the effort to build the foundation for the new joint venture between Delta and Virgin Atlantic.

In total, his airline career spans nearly 25 years from the early 90’s when he joined Northwest Airlines. He spent roughly half of those years working in Asia and Europe in a variety of commercial and operational leadership positions.
