Olive works as a Snr Global Travel Category Manager with Microsoft leading the Technology and Process strategy. As a six Sigma practitioner she heads up the design, implementation and deployment of key projects across Operations, Relationship Management and Technology. She has held the position of ITM Ireland Chairperson for a number of years and was recently appointed to the Board of Directors. Her experience spans across Online Booking tools, policy, stakeholder management, complex global implementations of processes, tools and agencies and global integrations to name but a few The Microsoft travel program spans across 80 countries with 60,000 travellers, $900M spend and 5000 employees travelling daily.
