As an award-winning actor ( the first recipient of the Royal National Theatre/Ian Charleson Award for Best Actor presented to Ian by Sir Alec Guinness) Ian has worked in every aspect of the industry from theatre, the West End, Television, Film, Commercials and Voice-Overs narrating over seventy television documentaries. Ian spent over a decade at The Royal Shakespeare Company sharing the stage with the likes of David Tennant, Simon Callow, Kenneth Branagh and Judi Dench. His film work has taken Ian to film at Warner Brothers Studios in California with John Barrowman and to Prague with Dwyane ‘The Rock’ Johnson and in London with Al Pacino. His television roles include many iconic series including Gavin & Stacy, Torchwood and Robin Hood. Films include Doom, The Road To Guantanamo and Bright Young Things.
