Joined UBS in 1996, with many varied roles including heading up Corporate Services, I joined the UBS Travel Management team with no Travel Background in 2010 a month before the ash-cloud giving me a baptism of fire into the industry. I currently have responsibility for Travel Operations for UK and NEEMEA markets.
