easyJet has a well-established and attractive business passenger offering based on our network of primary airports and high frequency on Europe’s major commercial routes, resulting in us carrying more business customers than ever before. Historically, our offer has not extended much beyond schedule and price but now with continued investment we are developing our business offering to make it easier for companies to do business with us both directly and indirectly via a Travel Management Company. These enhancements will be delivered by the introduction of business products which meet the needs of our business traveller, enabling our business development team to drive value to our corporate and TMC partners.

These features will allow us to compete for our ‘fair share’ of the market, without undermining our low-cost model, with a personalised product offering including business fares, improved back-office functionality, traveller recognition programmes and innovative ways to enhance the business traveller experience. In addition, the development of an SME portal will allow small and medium size business to book more easily.
